Lacey Haynes is from Halifax, Nova Scotia - Canada and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She writes stories, makes films, acts and is pursuing a Masters desgree in English Literature. Lacey has taught yoga in Canada, France, Portugal and Germany.
